Terms and Conditions

Before beginning service, Green Owl Consulting will require a signed, written agreement from each client stating the specifics of each engagement.

SERVICES. In general, Green Owl Consulting will begin work on a formally agreed-upon date and will provide only the specific services outlined in the engagement letter or other written agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all work will be performed virtually and at the discretion of Green Owl Consulting during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p PST), excluding federal holidays.

PAYMENT. Client will pay for recurring services on a monthly basis using one of the payment options offered by Green Owl Consulting. Payments will be due in advance and on the due date indicated on each invoice. Alternatively, clients may choose an annual payment structure for recurring services. Project-based services will be billed separately as specified in the engagement letter or other written agreement.

LIABILITY. Green Owl Consulting will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay of the client's project due to circumstances beyond Green Owl Consulting's control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) natural disasters, public unrest, power outages, and an inability to contact the client. In the event of such loss, damage, or delay, Green Owl Consulting will make every effort to notify the client immediately.

CONFIDENTIALITY. Green Owl Consulting will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Green Owl Consulting, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the client. Green Owl Consulting will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of the engagement letter or other written agreement. Upon termination of the engagement letter or other written agreement, Green Owl Consulting will return to the client all records, notes documentation, and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Green Owl Consulting during the term of the engagement letter or other written agreement with the exception of items purchased by Green Owl Consulting and not reimbursed by the client.
