Tiffany Vergara

Originally from Southern California, Tiffany is grateful to have been raised as deeply empathetic and artistic, qualities she carries into all areas of her work and life. Centering racial equity and social justice, Tiffany enjoys finding new and creative ways to make a system, a team, or an organization run more efficiently and effectively. She loves helping each organization build a solid operational foundation so that they're empowered to go out and do good well.

Tiffany founded Green Owl Consulting in 2014 to serve this purpose.

Her official credentials include a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University, an M.A. in Social Entrepreneurship & Change from Pepperdine University, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification — though, as a lifelong learner who is curious by nature, she is constantly learning from all of the resources and people she has access to.

Currently residing in Portland, Oregon, Tiffany works hard, but always makes time for rest. She loves to dance, bake, be in nature, and travel and doesn't know what to do if music isn't playing.
